Home or office visits are available. I will bring any equipment that we may need for your session.
A travel surcharge may be added if you live beyond the local area.
I offer training for family and caregivers for your safety and theirs. I can also teach your exercise routine to your care team so they can best assist you in my absence.
Video/remote sessions are available.
Please provide 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be billed for the session.
My practice is cash based. I can provide a super-bill if you wish to submit a claim for reimbursement.
